Do you have the eol-style(s) set as per:
http://www.apache.org/dev/svn-eol-style.txt ?

I ask because my understanding is that mixing the eol would cause synch or
most diffs to get confused
and perhaps make sure there is nothing in the repo with the wrong eol chars

(IMHO I have the exact inverse opinion CVS<-->SVN)
