Scott, hate to bit the dead horse - but I assert that "Getting Started" should get some makeover. The doc, http://www.geocities.com/dlestrat/etc/j2/buildChangeDocs.pdf is much better than a present "Getting Started" page.
However even this doc could be improved with inclusion of one additional step, the second step "Build Properties" should be renumbered as a step three and instead the second step must define a way for extraction of a complete source tree with svn command. A new third step "Build Properties" must include mentioning of "build.properties.template" as a guiding doc for building customized "build.properties" file. And last thing - I didn't realize you don't have an access to the site. There are few ways to grant an access for content publishing without major effort. Regards, Peter.
