The following link in the installation page (http://portals.apache.org/jetspeed-1/install.html) is broken:

 

"jetspeed-1.6-war.zip"

 

In apache dist/portals/jetspeed-1/BINARIES directory it is named "jetspeed-1.6.war" or "jetspeed-1.6.zip"
