Resolution: Fixed
Patch applied for portlet bundles. The administrative portlets pages do not
contain chinese and Japanese. Also the chinese and japanese characters sets do
not use unicode encoded values, my commit would most likely have corrupted the
characters. Most admin pages already have a spanish component therefore, I
skipped that part of the patch.
