Role and Group admin detail portlets are missing browser navigation ui

If you have more than 10 users assigned to a role or group, you'll notice you
will only be able to access the first 10.
The problem is that the role and group details portlets are BrowserPortlet
based, but the ui is not yet providing the navigation ui for them.
