if the logic was written in a portlet then u can refer to that portlet
using psml file in ur static page.

Subject: change locale from decorator code
Hi all.
I would like to create a menu that has an entry to switch the locale
from German to English and back (toggle). The link should lead to the
default-page.
Since this is no portlet but the layout-decorator code I cannot fire an
action and handle it ?! What would be the best way to implement this
behaviour? Write a valve that handles a special request param, e.g.
js_language like in JS1?
