clock in "PageActionBar" macro

The clock in the breadcrumbs bar, which demonstrates how to use portlets in
decorators, is located in the macro "PageActionBar" in jetspeed-macros.vm. This
should be better in a concrete decorator than in a macro that displays the page
actions. So it makes removing the clock a bit intricate and I don't want to
edit jetspeed-macros.vm.
Could someone please remove the clock from the macro and put it in the
header.vm of any decorator?
