The new (maven-1) db.seed functionality requires that the assembly and ojb
files have been copied to the target directory first.
As result, calling maven allClean allBuild -Dmaven.test.skip=false now is broken as clearly the jetspeed webapp hasn't been build yet at the beginning of the
allBuild.
After looking briefly at the current plugin.jelly and root maven.xml, I don't
see an easy/quick solution for this,
so, anyone trying to run the test cases using maven-1 needs to run allBuild
without -Dmaven.test.skip=false first!
