We are going to delay the 2.1 release a day or two due to the state
of the installer.
As we were testing the installer, it became apparent that there are
too many issues to release it.
Rather than release with a half-baked installer (as with the 2.0
release), its preferable to have a positive installation experience
for this matured release.
