Resolution: Fixed
Desktop now displays a loading indicator when it is processing ajax requests.
The js-showloading div tag has been added to desktop layout decorators tigris
and blueocean. Associated style definitions added to desktop.css in tigris and
blueocean. Associated images added to images/desktop/loading/ in tigris and
blueocean.
