I have apache with SSL turned on in front of tomcat/jetspeed. I set
portalurl.relative.only=true in jetspeed.properties to resolve scheme and port
issues, but this change doesn't seem to effect the <base href="xxx"> of the
desktop. It still shows the incorrect fully qualified address.
