I've added a JettyDeployPortletAppEventListener which works quite nicely so hot
deployment of portlet applications now works on Jetty too.
It does require a certain type of Jetty setup and configuration for which I'll
provide default/example scripts shortly.
If everything works out well (and in time), I hope to provide a Jetty based
Jetspeed demo installer with the 2.1.1 release
