Adding portlet doesn't work in 2.1.3 trunk!

I've built jetspeed-2.1.3 from trunk.
I've started it and have logged in.
I've pressed "Add Portlet" button. I've choose portlets in portlet selection
dialog and have pressed green arrow.
No one portlets have added to my page. psml-file of page didn't changed.
