When I trying to run some maven1 tasks from components/portal, it writes me
error:
>> Error parsing project.xml
>> '/usr/src/jetspeed-2.1.3/src/components/portal/project.xml'
>> ParseError at [row,col]:[41,15]
Message: Duplicated tag: 'dependencies'
