Possibility to reuse page fragments on different pages (include in psml pages)

For example: There is site with the same left column on all pages. Also site
has the same page fragments inside different pages in different part of pages.
Now I prepare each of this fragments as psml page with clear page decorator,
and get them through HTTP by WebContent portlet when aggregating site pages.
But it is ineffective way (because if you have 3 common fragments on the page,
you should make 3 HTTP requests and run Jetspeed servlet 4 times for generation
only one page!)
So, I think, it should be include functionality in psml with graphical
interface for it.
