The list area of both the Constraints and Permissions Administration portlets
get very large on IE7. This causes the entire user interface for these two
portlets to be very difficult to use. Maybe more so on the Constraints portlet
as its difficult to save or dismiss the popup Edit Constraints editor. This
seems to only occur on IE7.
