In patch B there were some problemen found:
- the added file 'resources/spring-filter-key.properties' wasn't in it
- the removal of packaging derby driver should not be in it.
- no more explicit filtering of datasource.xml but instead system properties
should be used.
Since I've been working locally on using JS2-912 (using Tomcat 6 instead of
5.5), I'll provide a new patch in that issue that also fixes these items.
