Attached a patch that
- removes jsf and jpetstore dependencies from jetspeed-demo and installer.
- sets correct dependencies to webcontent and apa apps in installer
- removes references to jpetstore and jsf portlets in psml pages
- also renames demo::IFramePortlet to webcontent::IFramePortlet in psmls
(sorry, out of scope but fixed it as I saw it)
