Jetui Pipeline fails cannot distinguish between guest user landing page and
authenticated users shared landing. This requirement needs to display two
entirely different pages when a guest visits the 'default page' for the site,
and when an authenticated user visits the default page for a site. This was
easily possible with profiling rules. Without profiling rules, we need to
create a new solution for the /ui pipeline.
