1. During installation, have an option to either install a Jetui or Classic
(/portal)
2. Jetui pipeline be the default for the installer
3. disable portal pipeline, since its not configured or tested to run with a
Jetui configuration
4. using the ant installer configuration, you can swap Jetui with Classic
