Problem with decorator language files

The texts of the portlet action buttons do not have Spanish translation, and
language texts are not accessible to users of the archetypes. These texts are
in the library Jetspeed-portal.jar in org.apache.jetspeed.decoration.resources.
I understand that they should be more accessible for customization from the
archetype.
I upload the file with translations into Spanish.
