Does Jetspeed 1.3a1 include the Turbine TDK

I am trying learn Jetspeed and started digging into Turbine.  I already
have Tomcat and Jetspeed running on my machine.  Does the 1.3a1 version
of Turbine already include the Turbine TDK?   What version of the TDK
would I need when working with Jetspeed 1.3a1?
