Problem with Customizer for Users HomePage

Hello Out there,   i tried to Confgure the Content of User turbine via the Link in top to the Customize Screen.   Doing this I'm just landing on the Home Screen.   Has anybody an idea how to solve this problem?   Greetings   J.B.
