Try 'build war'. If you just run 'build' (whether it's build.sh or
build.bat) I believe a JAR file is generated in the
...jakarta-jetspeed/bin directory. If you run 'build war', you should
get a JAR file and a WAR file, both in the .../jakarta-jetspeed/bin
directory.
