Yes, it's right.
You can already check it out in the current CVS:
-login as turbine user
-use the pencil icons to either:
- edit the parameters for a portlet
- add/remove/move "tabs"
- within a tab:
- move around/remove the portlets (works ok)
- add a new portlet to the tab (still buggy right now)
- select the layout and color scheme for the current tab
(works OK)
There are a couple of bugs to fix and a lot of cosmetic work to do
but we're definitely getting there.
