The issue is really related to Turbine/Velocity. I've made some test with
the direct streamed version of the Velocity service in Turbine that there
still are issues, check the corresponding thread in Turbine-user mailling-list
'turbine vs struts - here's an idea' to learn more about this issue and see
where help is required.
