Each xreg file can host any kind of entries, so it's an abitrary choice whether
you put an entry in any of them.
The only exception is the feed_*.xreg files which are automatically
generated and regenerated by the OCS syndication process, each feed*.xreg file
corresponding to one of the OCS feed declared in your JR.p configuration.
Any modification made in these files will be forgotten next time the FeedDaemon
processes the OCS feed.
To simply change management, I'd advise you to put all your local portlet
definitions in a local-portlets.xreg file. This way your changes won't be
overidden next time you upgrade your jetspeed installation.
