"Add Pane" and "Properties" have same url in "Customize pane"

The links "Add Pane" and "Properties" in the customizer have the same
URL:
  http://localhost:8180/jetspeed/portal/template/Customize/mode/addset

I suspect that "Properties" will allow customization of metainfo.

I like the customization!
