Is their a firewall between your machine and cvs.apache.org?
Are you using the cvs.apache.org as the server, pserver? I noticed the
example uses jakarta.apache.org, this no longer works.
What do you not understand?
What application are you using?
Is the application working?
Is the application producing error messages?
