Many bug fixes :)

1- check your / directory :
    if you have run last week CVS Jetspeed on your system, you'll have a WEB-INF
    directory created at your root partition. Make sure to remove this directory

   before starting Jetspeed as it will confuse the system.

2- start again Tomcat+Jetspeed: everything should be OK now.
