You have to open the .properties. files (Jetspeed and
Turbine).. find the 3600, change it to 10 so you
portlet will change every 10 seconds. That is the
teory..even if you change all the cache parameters to
false.. still not working... 

In implementation, this solution is not working..

I have emailed this to this mailing list, several time
ago, and still no reply for this question.

try change the Global cache...somewhere in those
properties file.. change it to false..

This work, but all the portlet will refresh
everytime.. this make the Jetspeed performance drop..
