Check out:
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs/jakarta-jetspeed/src/java/org/apache/jetspeed/portal/portlets/.
It's there, about halfway down the page. I have a couple of different
CVS checkouts from the last few weeks, and both have JspPortlet in them.
Not sure why you're not able to get it from CVS. Maybe a fresh checkout
will do the trick.
