yes this behaviour is same for all users...
as regards the version of jetspeed ...i am not sure whether i am using
1.3a2
(the pencil functionality as you mentioned is also not available to me...)
i had downloaded my jetspeed from the site...

do u suggest getting the 1.3a2 version instead ?
if yes , can u please suggest some site from where i can get that....i am
not able to access cvs ...
about the admin psml...yes it diplays two columns ....but my question was
how to change the no. of columns from this place ...so that it stays on
between customizations and logging-in/off.
please help.
