I am using the WebPagePortlet to display pages from several remote systems. When a system is not available the portlet does not appear. While in many cases this is the desired behavior, is it possible to display the portlet with a "site not available" message as the content. Ideally I you like to define the content as text message via parameter on the portlet, an HTML file, or alternate portlet to display when the page is not available, (URLNotAvailableException).
