This ain't going to work as a general rule :
in order for these actions to work, you need to already have
a "customized" portlet defined in your session, upon which the
action will process.
This portlet is put into the session by the controls.Customize action
so you need to call this action before any of the following links, otherwise
they won't work or work in unpredictable ways.
However, these links *do* work if you them to modify the default customizer
GUI or create your own.
