Yep - just create the directory and try again.  You will then
probably get an error about another directory - create that and
things should then work.

I think this problem is caused by having an empty directory in CVS -
which if you then do an export, will not be included.... but then the
build expects the directory to exist for the castor (I think) stuff
to work.

Perhaps a dummy/readme file needs to be put into these directories in
CVS - so that they will get created. 

Or probably better, the build needs to be fixed to handle the
directories not existing...
