I am installing using 1.3a2-dev at a small number of sites.  I maintain
detailed notes on customization of each site.  This is because changes
to Jetspeed are not limited to .jar and .class files, and I think
customizing Jetspeed is easier then "upgrading". Some of the changes
have been to the JetspeedResources.properties and local-portlets.xreg
files, just to name a few.

The biggest problem I have seen with 1.3a1 that email confirmation can
not be disabled.  I also use the WebPagePortlet which is not available
in 1.3a1.
