If you are using Jetspeed 1.3a1, then the confirmation e-mail is never
sent. This is a known bug. You should upgrade to Jetspeed 1.3a2-dev.
If you are using Jetspeed 1.3a2-dev, then:
1) Relative to James:
o Is it correctly installed.
o Can you send and receive a test email to the email address
you are using with the Jetspeed user.
If any of the above answers are NO, then this is appear to be James
problem. See James's website for assistance
2) Is Jetspeed prompting for the confirmation Number?
3) What is the error message?
