I agree.
It's even worse:
o select a number of portlets, and then x them out when displayed
o in the default.psml you have them marked "closed", example:
<entry parent="HelloJSP">
<parameter name="_display" value="closed"/>
<layout position="2">
<property name="column" value="0"/>
<property name="row" value="0"/>
</layout>
</entry>
You will not get them back into live, and if you choose the customisation page, your
portlets are:
o not tagged at all (thus you could sect them a second, third time)
o after you selected them some time and x them out, you will not get it back
anymore.
That means, the administrator has to manually remove the entries, to get a user
customisable again
