Recently the admin menu selections changed from "higlighted text" to buttons. I would also note that the user menu, content menu need additional options. Consistent "look" and "feel" would be a good idea. I really liked the menu before the buttons came, I don' know what anyone elses thoughts are. I think that particularly in the content, the ability to have "four" options at least, would be good; First / Next / Previous / Last. this would be applicable to any list pretty much, such as user list. Searching for content might be nice as well.
