Ender,
Sounds like a job for the WebPagePortlet. I currently have a portal
that displays a pages from 5+ sites, each page is one WebPagePortlet.
This portal provides a consistent way to view and navigate the content
provided by of each site. This is done by defining the a portlet for
each page on the site in a consistent way and then placing the portlets
in the portal.

  Portlet URL
  -------------- -----------
  site1_home http://site1/home
  site2_home http://site2/home
  site1_contact http://site1/about
  site2_contact http://site2/phone_list
  site1_status http://site1/app_status
  site2_status http://site2/status

In a tabbed portal page the tab "Status" will contain the portlets
site1_status and site2_status. The tab "Site 1" will contain the
portlets site1_home, site1_contact, and site1_status.
