Its not hard-coded anywhere. Under tomcat, I think the name of the directory may be used. Have you copied or renamed /webapps/jetspeed to /webapps/WizBangPortal?

I've poked around in turbine, jetspeed and velocity property files to fine {$webappRoot}. I'm assuming it might be the secret but can't figure out where it is set.
