I faced this issue when working in Turbine. It appears that Tomcat (the
servlet engine I am using)
treats the directory from which you called the startup.sh (.bat) as the
current folder. So if you were
in [TOMCAT_HOME]/bin folder, your path would be ../webapps/jetspeed/myhtml/.
