JSP access control

It looks like the "security" tag access control does not work properly with JSP 
portlets. I tested with 3 different portlets (RSS, JSP and WebPage) : the good point 
is that i cannot add them to my desktop if i do not have the right role, the bad point 
is that the JSP portlet does not shows the message "Sorry, you have no permission to 
see this portlet " as soon as I do not have this role anymore : the portlet displays 
his content as normal.
