Hi, I am using Jetspeed 1.3a2 with Tomcat 4.0.4 with Velocity as the template manager. I was wondering, what is the difference between TurbineResources.properties and TurbineResources.velocity? They appear to be very similar in nature, but there are a few differences. When I want to change the default behavior of Jetspeed, do I have to apply the same modification to both files, or does Jetspeed use only one of them?
