Deke, I am actually using frames, specifically IFRAMEs.
What is your goal you want to achive? I think you are right: you can't use frames with the HTML portlet or WebPage portlet. But this is no problem, is it? Just change this HTML code and get rid of these FRAME tags. Or is there any special need for frames?
