Hi Scott, that seems to be grey theory....
The checkbox for "permission close" is unset by default. You cannot get rid of it even if you delete the Close permission. Our problem is, that we are afraid, that the "dumb" user might delete a portlet from the screen without knowing how to get it back... Any other ideas to solve that?
