The bluesunrise site and my site return the same error no matter what testing options
I use.

Result:
Could not parse the document because there was not a proper XML declaration

Suggestion:
Make sure the very first thing sent in your page is an XML declaration. i.e. no blank
lines or other characters. Also make sure you XML declaration is a valid one, i.e.:
<?xml version="1.0"?> <!DOCTYPE wml PUBLIC "-//WAPFORUM//DTD WML 1.1//EN"
"http://www.wapforum.org/DTD/wml_1.1.xml";>
