It doesn't seem to be up-to-date in the cvs either

We have since added elements to the XML without updating the schema.
This is what is used by the code (a Castor mapping):

Suppose we should drop Castor and move to JAXB one of these days when it
supports schemas and all the nice mappings that Castor has had for a long
time.
Last time I checked JAXB was working with DTDs, and just starting support of
schemas
