I started it and said I would finish when the next version was out which
will be b5. Jetspeed has a fairly sophisticated build, much like the
Cactus build, but the b5 should be able to take care of any scenerio as
we are using Jelly now. Until a Maven build can replicate what is done
with the build.xml file it's not going to be of much use.

So feel free to take a crack at updating the project.xml file for b5.
